Organisations and groups

If you are associated with network of facilitators, why not speak to us about running a centralised course for your people at your place?

We are delighted to be working with increasing numbers of farming cluster groups, landscape projects and conservation organisations to deliver this course locally. Many organisations use the course as a way to build the team at the start of a new project in which case the cost is included in the project start-up.  Others provide the course as annual CPD for existing employees and volunteers, funding it through FIPL or other similar grant scheme.

Please get in touch to discuss your organisation's requirements.

Together we can super-charge your "People Potential".

Courses require a minimum of eight delegates.

Group work ensures experiences and best practice are shared.

Group work ensures experiences and best practice are shared.

Certificates are award at the conclusion of the course.

Individuals

The majority of our training is now booked by organisations and hosted locally. However, we do continue to run central courses for individuals at our base in Cirencester. Please use the button below to let us know you are interested and we will get back to you with details of the next opportunity.

Why do we need Rural Facilitators?

"We need 3000 climate emergency facilitators ... to deliver our local plans.

"We just need to get on with it."

Jenny Phelps MBE of FWAG-SW closes the "Any Answers" panel at Groundswell 2023 with this clear call to action.
