Delivered over three incremental modules, this course develops delegates' Individual, Team and Project-level inter-personal skills to enhance your effectiveness as a facilitator of landscape and rural community projects.
Developed in collaboration with the Farming and Wildlife Advisory Group (FWAG), it has regenerative principles at its heart.
Whether you are working on a large-scale landscape level project or volunteering in a local community scheme, this course will show you how to get the best from yourself, the team and the project community.

If you are associated with network of facilitators, why not speak to us about running a centralised course for your people at your place?
We are delighted to be working with increasing numbers of farming cluster groups, landscape projects and conservation organisations to deliver this course locally. Many organisations use the course as a way to build the team at the start of a new project in which case the cost is included in the project start-up. Others provide the course as annual CPD for existing employees and volunteers, funding it through FIPL or other similar grant scheme.
