Fiona is the Founder of Ruralink.
Raised on an English vineyard, Fiona has always loved the physicality of the great outdoors. Passionate about helping people find meaningful and fulfilling careers, she founded Ruralink to help improve career pathways into the land-based sector. When this work revealed a need for specialist support, she developed Ruralink Training.

Tess led the development of the Rural Facilitator course and is its principal facilitator.
Tess holds Masters degrees in Organisational and Business Psychology and Adult Education and is currently conducting research towards a Doctorate in Occupational Psychology including studies into leadership, organisational change and development and well-being in the workplace.
Casey is a lead facilitator of the Rural Facilitator course.
Casey is a positive psychology coach and workplace mediator. She is a highly skilled group and individual coach and is passionate about personal development and communication.
Jenny inspired Fiona to develop the training offer and delivers keynote elements of courses.
She is the senior farm advisor in FWAG for Gloucestershire and frequent public speaker and advocate for on regenerative practices. With over 30 years experience facilitating and delivering complex locally-led farming, landscape and community projects, she has given evidence to parliament on several occasions and frequently appears on specialist
Jenny developed the Integrated Local Delivery methodology.
